Cangzhou Jingxing open elevator is the use of the bucket installed between the two chains to transport materials, the bucket can move freely, maintain balance under the action of gravity, can achieve the horizontal and vertical conveying of materials. It is mainly used for conveying granular or powdery materials such as seeds, grain, food and industrial raw materials.
Because of its specially designed working principle and structure, it can realize the Z-type, C-type and T-type conveying of materials, and can be multi-point feeding on the bottom horizontal section and multi-point unloading on the top horizontal section.
The machine is equipped with a torque limiter, which will protect the machine from damage and stop automatically in case of unexpected failure during operation.
The self-locking mechanism will automatically lock the machine when the machine is stopped, and will not reverse due to the material in the bucket. And prevent damage to the machine caused by accidental electronic control errors.
Cangzhou Jingxing open elevator has the following characteristics:
1 No crushing, no damage to the material in the conveying process
2 The structure is flexible, and the transportation mode can be designed according to demand
3 Multi-point feeding, multi-point unloading
4 Can achieve horizontal distance and vertical distance conveying at the same time
5 Low space requirements
6 Low Noise
7 Reliable, overload can automatically stop protection
8 With self-locking structure, after shutdown can be locked to prevent reversal
