Installation and operation manual

Before installing and using the machine, read this manual carefully and strictly follow the manual to ensure correct installation and use of the machine.

- Installation of construction machinery used in the transportation process (such as forklifts, cranes, etc.) must be effective and reliable, and operated by professional licensed personnel.

- Installation personnel should wear proper protective equipment.

- Electrical connection tests must be performed by professional electrical engineers.

5T series open elevator is composed of frame, lower flat section, lower corner, vertical section, upper corner, upper flat section, middle outlet and head. The length of the upper and lower flat section and vertical section can be customized according to the needs, and can also be made into Z type, C type and T type according to the needs, which can realize multi-inlet feeding and multi-outlet material discharge, simple structure, stable operation and flexible layout.

Installation and debugging

1. When installing the machine, ensure that the ground of the installation position is smooth and firm.

2. First place the frame, lower horizontal section and lower Angle, level, connect, open the cover plate, connect and fix the middle support. After the installation is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the chain guide rail of different components is excessively smooth, without mistakes, protrusion and other phenomena.

3. Then install the vertical section. Each vertical section is provided with a middle support. Open the small end plate on one side when installing bolts. All connecting bolts shall be padded and tightened.

4. After installing the vertical section as required, install a fixed bracket every 1.2 meters or so and connect it to the platform or wall. The vertical section must be kept vertical after installation.

5. Install upper corner, upper horizontal section, middle outlet and head. Pay attention to the installation direction when installing the middle outlet. After the installation is completed, ensure that the chain guide rail of different components is excessively smooth, without mistakes, protrudations and other phenomena. Support brackets need to be installed every 2 meters or so.

6. Install the chain, first connect the chain according to the demand, the number of the chain must be a multiple of 6, when connecting the chain, all the joints must be in the same direction (the spring on the same side). When the chain is installed, the chain tensioner of the frame should be adjusted to a short place, and the chain joint on both sides should be opposite to each other to facilitate future maintenance. Tighten the chain after installation.

7. Perform electrical installation as required. Since the machine is equipped with a backstop to prevent the reverse under the action of material gravity during unexpected shutdown, the steering should be tested first after the electrical connection to ensure that the motor steering is correct.

8. Test, start the motor, check the chain, chain guide, torque limiter and other abnormalities. Stop for the next step after everything is normal.

9. Install a bucket, and then start the motor again to check whether there is any bump or interference, and check whether there is any abnormal operation of the bucket at the discharge port, middle outlet, upper corner, lower corner, and machine base. Stop for a step after everything is normal.

10. Install a bucket every six chains, continuously install 5-10 buckets, and then start the motor again to check the operation of the bucket. Check whether there is any bump, interference phenomenon, check the discharge port, middle outlet, upper corner, lower corner, machine base and other parts of the bucket running abnormal. Stop for a step after everything is normal.

11. Install all the bucket. After installation, start the motor and run it empty to check whether there is any abnormality. The empty operation should not be less than 24 hours before it is officially put into operation.

12. After the formal operation, adjust the torque limiter to make its torque setting meet the normal working requirements.

Adjusting method: Remove the three locking bolts first, and then turn the adjusting nut, turn clockwise to increase the torque, turn counterclockwise to reduce the torque, adjust the nut 120 degrees each time, and install the locking bolt after adjustment. (The locking bolt has a fixed position. If the position is not aligned when the torque is adjusted to the right force, the three locking bolts should maintain the same appropriate tightening degree, and do not over-tighten.) 13. When the elevator fails, it will automatically stop. At this time, it is necessary to find the fault point, troubleshoot the fault, and then press the "reset" button on the control box. Reset and restart the hoist.

Operation and maintenance

1. When the equipment starts normally, keep all the buckets free of materials, and feed after starting for 5 seconds. If there is material in the bucket when starting, the material should be emptied before feeding.

2. When the equipment is stopped normally, the feeding should be stopped first, and then stop after all the buckets are emptied.

3. After the equipment fails, it should be stopped first to remove the fault, and it should not be forcibly started before the fault is removed. If it is necessary to manually reverse the machine a little while troubleshooting, you can remove the backstop first and then manually turn the machine.

Lifting the backstop method: Remove the four bolts shown in the figure, and remove the limiting part, you can lift the backstop. Note: If there is still material in the machine bucket, do not lift the backstop!!

4. After the equipment is officially put into operation for two shifts, check the tension of the adjusting chain, and then check twice each processing season.

5. There are two sets of bearings with seat for the frame and the head, and lubricating oil is added after each processing season.

6. If the bucket is worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time.
