I. Product Introduction
The Z-type elevator is a vertical-horizontal combined continuous conveying equipment, named for its operational trajectory resembling a "Z" shape. This device employs enclosed hoppers as conveying carriers and is equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) system, enabling stable and efficient material transfer between different heights and workstations.
Its core advantages include compact footprint, high conveying efficiency, and low material damage rates. The equipment features a body constructed from galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel, making it adaptable to various industrial environments such as cleanrooms, humid conditions, and dusty settings. IV. Working Principle
The Z-type elevator mainly consists of a drive system, conveying chain, hopper, machine base, and inlet/outlet ports.

1. The drive motor rotates the sprocket, causing the traction conveyor chain to perform cyclic reciprocating motion;
2. Materials enter the hopper through the low-level feed opening and are conveyed upward via the chain to the top turning point;
3. After smooth directional switching by the steering mechanism, the material moves horizontally along the chain to the designated position;
4. Upon reaching the high-level discharge port, the material is discharged via gravity or a material transfer device to complete the entire conveying process.
The lifting speed and conveying capacity of the equipment can be precisely adjusted via a frequency converter. The spacing and specifications of the hoppers can be customized according to material properties, ensuring stable conveyance of materials in various forms such as granular, lump, powdered, and bagged materials.

1. Agricultural Processing Industry: Core conveying equipment for seamless integration of processes including seed grading, selection, coating, and packaging. Given the characteristics of seeds such as small particle size, susceptibility to damage, and the need for anti-contamination, the equipment can be customized with shallow anti-slip hoppers and low-speed stable conveying modes to effectively prevent seed fragmentation or germ damage, thereby ensuring seed viability and germination rate.
