IV. Working Principle
The multi-point discharge elevator mainly consists of a drive system, conveying chain, hopper, machine base, and inlet/outlet ports.

1. The drive motor rotates the sprocket, causing the traction conveyor chain to perform cyclic reciprocating motion;
2. Materials enter the hopper through the low-level feed opening and are conveyed upward via the chain to the top turning point;
3. After smooth directional switching by the steering mechanism, the material moves horizontally along the chain to the designated position;
4. Upon reaching the high-level discharge port, the material is discharged via gravity or a material transfer device to complete the entire conveying process.
5. Multi-modal Distribution Logic
· Sequential feeding: Material is cyclically supplied to unloading points 1, 2, 3, etc. in sequence.
· Dedicated fixed-point delivery: Continuous material supply to a designated unloading point (e.g., exclusive supply for a high-speed production line).
· On-demand calling: Unloading points can send a 'material request' signal, with the system prioritizing response.
The lifting speed and conveying capacity of the equipment can be precisely adjusted via a frequency converter. The spacing and specifications of the hoppers can be customized according to material properties, ensuring stable conveyance of materials in various forms such as granular, lump, powdered, and bagged materials.
